Ledger Nr. 72. – ICE IN OIl

You need:

– A high glass

– blue edible color

– Oil

– Water

In a glass, put a drop of blue edible color and pour oil over it. Add an ice cube. The ice melts, and the blue color stains the water that is formed. The rest of the ice cube floats on the surface between water and oil, because it has a density greater than oil and less than water.
